RECORD STORE DAY 2013

On SATURDAY APRIL 20, 2013 we will be celebrating RSD in conjunction with our 15 year anniversary! We will have a big selection of limited edition RSD titles, and it's the ONLY DAY OF THE YEAR we have a sale with discounts on non-RSD records and CDs. We open a half hour early at 10:30am, have complimentary adult beverages, snacks and more. Please join us!

We celebrate Record Store Day every April in conjunction with the store's anniversary, and every November, sending out several emails and taking pre-orders - that are not paid for in advance - so you can reserve titles (please email us and ask to be put on the email list).

Welcome to Red Devil Records

Red Devil Records is a retail store on the main street of San Rafael, 20 minutes north of San Francisco and Berkeley. We opened in 1998 in Petaluma, and moved to San Rafael on Friday the 13th of February 2004.

We specialize in hard to find vinyl LPs and 7”s, from all forms of Rock (Psych, Punk Rock, Classic Rock, Early Rock ‘n’ Roll) to Jazz, Blues, Reggae, Soul, International, Folk, Country, Soundtracks and more.   We are known to have a large quantity of exceptionally clean rare records.  Also many new very hard to find imports, color vinyl limited editions and past Record Store Day releases.  We also carry CDs (including unusual import ‘fan club’ CDs), DVDs, posters, assorted vintage ephemera, books, zines, music/pop culture memorabilia and more. Our store is filled with fun eye candy for sale, from pop kitsch to walls covered with collectible records.

Customers from far away drive to us for records they cannot get at the big Bay Area stores. Most importantly, be sure to say hello to our store dog, Herbie the Black Lab.

We have not been able to update the website's inventory as of late due to our buying and selling too fast. We now send out "Featured New Arrivals" emails about every three weeks. Please ask to be put on our email list, then you can order off the email updates.
